Where are you located?

We are in Waterford City, the centre of the Irish south coast. Within 1.5 hours drive from Dublin, 1 hour from Cork.

Can I order online from Wooly Cow, and then collect my order?  …”click & collect”?

Yes.  When in the checkout screen, please select the “PICKUP” option. We will contact you soon after to arrange a time for you come and collect. Please note that visits to Wooly Cow are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most bank cards…try yours online and it should work.
We accept Bank Wire Transfers.  Please allow 5 working days for payment to be received.
We accept cash on collection from our shop (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).
We do not accept Paypal.

Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?

No.  All orders have to be paid for before shipping/delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

Everywhere!  Ireland, UK, Europe and anywhere in the World!

How much and how quick is delivery?

Delivery times and rates are indicated in your checkout screen, after you have added products to your shopping cart. These vary depending on the physical size of your order, your location in the world, and on the delivery company rates.

For international orders where the shipping rate is not displayed during your checkout screen, we will email you with the best shipping rate after receiving your order.

How do you deliver the products?

99% of the time we use couriers, but we also use the postal service.  Which courier we choose for your order is based on your location, the physical size of your order when it is packed, and the best shipping value/service.

What happens when the delivery person arrives?

Please check your order for any damage or any missing items, BEFORE signing.  When you sign for delivery, you are consenting that the goods arrived to you in perfect condition.

What can delay my order being delivered?

If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will email and advise you of the delay.

If your payment is not received, we will email you.  Please check that your payment has left your account.

Wrong phone numbers mean the delivery driver could not contact you to arrange delivery.  They will usually try up to 3 times to deliver the package.

How secure is Wooly Cow?

Very secure…we work hard to ensure it. We use Stripe to process all online payments.  Stripe is a software company that transacts billions of online payments worldwide.  We NEVER hold, keep, or see, your card payment details.

What if I’m having trouble ordering online?

Don’t worry…it happens to us all.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped/completed at our end.

For international orders, we will email you tracking details shortly after your order is shipped.

For orders within the island of Ireland, if you do not have your order within 3 working days of receiving the shipped/completed confirmation email, please email us and we will track it for you.

Can I phone my order?

Yes…but because our PHONE IS NOT MONITORED ALL DAY, it is faster to email us first.

Please note that when you phone, whoever answers may have to put you on hold while we check stock.

By emailing us at awoolycow@gmail.com, we can confirm stock and then complete your order over the phone.
