We’ve made ordering easy…

Us people at Wooly Cow know that you may not be a whizz kid at online ordering. So don’t worry…we’re here to help!

We’ve designed our website to make it as easy as possible for you to order your new wool, tools and patterns, for your new project. But if you prefer the traditional approach to shopping, thats great for us too!

Heres how to order ONLINE…

1. Find your products. The products are sorted into menus in the top left of your computer screen, or in “3 horizontal lines” symbol at the top of your mobile device. If you select “wool” for example, the page will open and then begin your search.

2. For each product that you would like to purchase, set your quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. This adds the item(s) to your shopping cart.

3. You can search for more products by clicking on the menus at the top, or again on the “3 horizontal lines” on your mobile device. Repeat step 2 to add more products.

4. When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon, which is located in the top right hand side of screen. When the page opens, there you can review and easily revise your selected products and quantities.

5. When you are happy with your items in the shopping cart, click “Checkout”.

6. The “Checkout” screen involves 4 simple steps. We need your email address, your shipping address details, and your card payment detail. The 4th step is where you click to pay. Add your details through each step and after reviewing your order detail in step 4, click “Purchase”. And you’re done…sit back, relax, and we’ll be in touch soon after!

What happens then…

When you click “Purchase”, we receive your order right away and we get to work!

If a delay is expected, or we need to query any item on your order, we’ll let you know asap by email.
